Specifications: Skylights shall be factory assembled as manufactured by Advanced Skylight Systems Inc. These units shall consist of an extruded aluminum 6063 T-5 alloy base frame with a condensation gutter to ensure adequate drainage to exterior. Corners will be heliarc welded. Glazing shall consist of 1/8” 3/16” or 1/4” high impact cast acrylic domes. These domes are to be sealed using Norcryl clear acrylic glazing seals. These units are available in single-dome, double-dome or triple-dome configurations. Retainer frames shall consist of 6063 T-5 extruded aluminum alloy with heliarc welded corners. All fasteners shall be # 10 corrosion resistant tech screws. Self flashing units incorporate a 3” riser and a 3” mounting flange. All units are available with Clear, # 2447 White, # 2412 Bronze or # 2064 Grey domes. All units are available with powder coated frames in a wide variety of colors and textures. Self flashing skylights are recommended for pitched roof applications.

Curbs are available in heights ranging from 6” to 24” with a 3” mounting flange. These units are available with integral security bars. Insulated curb skylights are available in mill finish aluminum only and are primarily recommended for industrial and commercial applications.

Specifications: Barrel Vault skylights as manufactured by Advanced Skylight Systems Inc. are available in half round or quarter round configurations. These units shall consist of base frame members and mullions of 6063 T-5 extruded aluminum alloy, with condensation gutters to ensure adequate drainage to the exterior. These units are available in single-lens or double-lens configurations. Double lens units consist of two 1/8” high impact cast acrylic panels one mounted over the other separated by a 1/2” thermal spacer between acrylic panels. Glazing is available in Clear, #2447 White, # 2412 Bronze, or # 6047 Grey acrylic panels. All retainer caps shall consist of 6063 T-5 extruded aluminum alloy. All fasteners shall be corrosion resistant # 10 tech screws with neoprene gasket washers. Barrel Vault units are available in widths from 2’ to 8’ and unlimited lengths. These units are available in curb mount or self flashing configurations. Curb mounted units are available with open or closed ends. All units are available with powder coated frames and retainers in a wide variety of colors and textures.

Specifications: Ridge Vault skylights as manufactured by Advanced Skylight Systems Inc. are available with pitch rises from 25 to 45 degrees. These units shall consist of base frame members and mullions of 6063 T-5 extruded aluminum alloy, with condensation gutters to ensure adequate drainage to exterior. These units are available in single-lens, double-lens, or triple-lens configurations. Double-lens units consist of two 1/8” high impact cast acrylic panels mounted one over the other separated by a 1/2” thermal spacer between acrylic panels. Triple-lens units consist of three 1/8” high impact cast acrylic lenses separated by two 1/4” thermal spacers between acrylic panels. Glazing is available in Clear, # 2447 White, # 2412 Bronze, or # 6047 Grey acrylic panels. All retainer caps shall consist of 6063 T-5 extruded aluminum alloy.
